1-866-465-8846 (9:00 am to 4:00 pm EST Monday through
Friday). Any mail-in item must be received 2 days
before the event. (I.E. If the event is on a Saturday,
it must be received by the preceding Thursday) Any
items arriving late may not be signed, and will only be
returned at the customer's expense.
Inscriptions, Personalizations:
Most inscriptions and personalizations are free. If
there is an extra charge, it will be indicated on the
announcement page. To help ensure your satisfaction,
please send detailed instructions with each of your
items. (I.E.: Location of signature, color of sharpie,
desired inscription or personalization, etc.)
TSC Authentication
Program:
Please indicate if you would like your item
authenticated for $5.00 per item. To

All items for private signings will be
automatically COA’d and will include the authentication
fee in the autograph price.
Payments:
Autograph fees are a separate charge, and do not include
the item that is signed. (I.E. pictures, mini helmets,
etc.) We do not accept checks of any kind. We
accept all major credit cards, money orders drawn on
U.S. banks and PayPal. If you are sending a money order
with your item, we suggest first contacting
Shane for
a return shipping quote. Money orders may delay the
return shipping of your item by a week. You may send in
credit card information along with your item, or call
toll free 1-866-465-8846 to place an order or give
payment information. Autograph events designated as
“free”, are free to walk-in customers. Mail-in items
for these events are subject to a $5.00 handling fee per
item. All mail-ins shipped back to a Virginia address
are subject to a 5% Virginia sales tax. Mail-in items
and presale orders will not be shipped until we have
received payment in full.
Shipping:
You are welcome
to send in items for more than one signing event at the
same time. We will send them back to you in one
shipment. We do not accept SASE.
We only return autographed items in packaging that we
have deemed safe and adequate to protect your
item. Mail-ins will normally be shipped the week after
the event via UPS. You can receive tracking information
if you provide us with a valid email address. We do not
ship to PO Boxes. We have a standard flat rate for
shipping 1 lb or under items for $7.00. Any heavy items
will require a shipping quote. Shipping charges depend
on the item's weight and the delivery zip code.
Insurance of your item over $100.00 will be an
additional and optional charge applied to shipping.
